So, all in all our first experience was good.The lady that did my daughter's hair.His name was Stacy, we were satisfied with the first job she had done on my daughter's hair.So we set another appointment which stacey called and canceled, so we were like, okay, that's fine.And wanted to set another appointment.We called her back to set another appointment.And it's like we were dealing with a completely different Stacy, she wasn't willing to work with us. She tried to put our daughter's hair off for like three weeks. And then when my wife asked her If it's possible to get anything sooner. She got a complete attitude was rude in front of my daughter. I’ve waited a very long time to leave this review. I wanted to make sure I conveyed my true experience at this salon with my stylist, Vicky. I’ll just be very blunt. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair done. The worst part was that I had no one else to do my hair at the time so I had to keep going back. Vicky was rude, extremely so. She “scolded” me if I’d flinch when she pulled hair or when her diamond ring would gouge into my head in the shampoo bowl. I’m 60 years old so this was just crazy to me that someone who I was paying A LOT of money to would treat me as though I were a child. Every time I had my hair colored she would tell me that my hair wouldn’t take color and would end up doing way more and it would take considerably longer each visit. At no ti

Stacey did an amazing job with my hair! When I would get my haircut I never ended up being happy with how it looked later. I am so unbelievably happy with how my hair looks and feels after Stacey cut it! She listened to what I wanted and did what would be best for my hair and the look. She knows her stuff! The atmosphere there was great as well! Everyone seemed happy to be there with smiles on their faces. Very clean and neatly organized too. I will be returning for sure!
