The hair shop

Horrible experience. Talked about other clients. Spilled perm down my face into eyeMy eye burned all that night. Threw a towel at me to wipe off. Scalding water. I was afraid to say anything. laughed at my hair when taken down and asked to cut. Made me feel uncomfortable. Acted like I was stupid in regards to perming. Said she made a 17 year old cry. Was arguing with previous client talking about her. Didn't listen when I asked to layer hair twice. Threw me under dryer. Left with wet hair. Rushes. Loud. Said perm was perfect. It was not. Horrible Had to have my hair fixed elsewhere. This has never happened before. I never leave bad reviews. First time ever treated like this. Also didn't see license anywhere. No where to review or contact

If I could give one star I would. Treated my wife terribly regarding a perm. Had perm in her eyes, scalding water, no style . Didn't listen to how she wanted it cut with layers. My wife asked twice but was afraid to ask again. She was too mad at previous client. Did not even finish it. Said afraid it would get frizzy. It was frizzy after. In a rush. Then after my wife had to have her hair fixed this salon owner said God would have a talk with her. After she asked us what was wrong! Called her names.Told her God would show her her life. Over a perm! Unprofessional . We never criticized her, just the hair. I regret supporting this business and person or ever going here. I would call to see if she could fit me in but then said she bent over backwards and allowed me. She could have sa
