I had such a lovely experience with Ashley today! She did an incredible job transforming my hair from ash blonde to this gorgeous brunette. Ashley is so gentle and caring, making sure to really listen to what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. I got 4 compliments from strangers on the same day right after I got my hair done! She did a very thorough consult so she knew what I was looking for and what I don’t want and we looked as inspo photos together so we were on the same page. So friendly and engaging and a wonderful head massage while washing my hair. Definitely will be a life long client!

This was such a refreshing experience! I would 100% recommend the hair refinery. Their employees are all so welcoming and friendly, you can really tell the atmosphere is great. Ashley did my hair and she did all my layers perfectly and nailed the face framing pieces. As someone with long hair it’s important to have connection between the lengths from face to back so I loved that she was able to do it flawlessly. Katie did my eyebrow wax and lamination as well as my eyelash lift and tint. She was also amazing and very meticulous which I appreciated a lot! She will make sure it’s perfect and talk you through everything. I came out of the salon looking like a new person can’t wait to go back!

The best salon EVER!! I couldn’t recommend Kim more! I am in love with my hair and I feel so confident. She talked through everything with me and was very patient and made sure I was inlove with every detail. She really took her time to perfect my hair.

I got my hair done by Ashley for my birthday i’ve been trying to get my hair back to platinum for a year ive been switching hair stylist all year, ashley did absolutely amazing on my hair. Exactly what i asked i got it !!!🤍 i’ve never been so happy after getting my hair done, amazing service as well she was so sweet. i’m so excited to be so bright and blonde again, thank you ashley for making me feel so pretty on my special day i WILL be returning!!!!
