The Hair Palace

It’s great to finally have a mega beauty and hair supply store in the Greater Cincinnati area. Their selection of products and hair are vast. I also love the clothing and accessories on display. However, customer service needs a major upgrade. Each time I’ve patronized this store, the cashiers are disengaged and unfriendly. I’ve seen the same critique in other reviews; therefore, something really needs to be done to provide a better shopping experience. Please consider training your staff to be more welcoming and appreciative towards customers.

Love this place! Always have great monthly sales! I was able to catch a sale where the slouch socks were only 99cent!

This place is huge. So many items I be in need of. I just wish they had more clothing options. I like their wig selections but their braiding hair selection is massive. I'll definitely be going back.

I literally enjoy shopping around and I’m in there even when I’m trying to get in and Out all their products are very Authentic and amazing even though they specialize in hair, we have all type of thing you love from accessories to body crates everything a girl could love or whatever you wanna be
