I had such a great experience at the salon! The service was clean, professional, and genuinely friendly .Char whole vibe is welcoming and positive. Char is always smiling, which adds such a warm and comforting energy to the space. It’s refreshing to be in a salon that’s not a toxic environment. Now let’s talk about my hair ! I LOVE my hair! Char is truly gifted with those scissors omg, she worked magic. You can tell she genuinely cares about healthy hair care because she takes the time to educate you on how to maintain and protect your hair between visits. Highly recommend! Will return!!

My experience was very lovely. All the staff were very friendly. The lady that washed my hair did an excellent job. The hair stylist did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. 😻

I would like to start this review by saying Char Salon was a whole vibe, I was visiting my son from Cape Cod, Ma. I was able to locate her shop by her TikTok platform. To book her services you will experience an easy booking process, this beautiful lady in her team was professional and warm in a welcoming environment. Such a good vibe, I was a little nervous not coming from out of state in not knowing the area, but that changed quickly due to the level of professionalism, And her assistant made sure to check in with me by making sure I was aware of each step of the shop's process. Fantastic salon. Char made me feel important as a new client. She kept me informed as I waited for my appointment to begin and throughout my entire appointment. She and her staff are very professional. My hair looks and feels great. The cost was reasonable for the level of service performed. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Flew in from Md. to get my hair done for my sisters wedding. Called an hour before my appointment and left a voicemail 30 minutes prior to my appointment because the Lyfts kept canceling. Stylist couldn’t squeeze me in. Rebook. No recommendations on another salon.
