The Hair Lounge

I wanted to follow up regarding my recent Google review because this experience has truly devastated me. I came in a month ago for what was supposed to be a simple trim with the owner. I asked where she would be cutting, and she said “around your armpit.” I made it clear I only wanted a tiny bit off to clean up the ends and nothing more. Instead, she chopped my hair all the way up to my shoulders. My hair was very long, and I’ve been growing it out for years. And in just seconds, she took it all away. On top of that, the cut is uneven and the underneath portion is shorter than the top. I’m newly engaged and had been planning long, curled hair for our engagement photos. Izzy has been cutting and styling my hair for over a decade. I’ve explored a lot of different styles with her, and I’ve never had a bad haircut or experience. She even cut and styled my hair for my wedding. I love the hair lounge, and I haven’t been anywhere else since I found them.

I’ve gone to Lindsey a couple times now, and she blows me away every time. Her kindness, professionalism, and skill is nothing but perfect. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another hair-dresser. Super impressed with this business, and especially Lindsey!

I highly recommend for a gorgeous haircut! I’ve been here on other time and Emily did a wonderful job. Today I went to Gretchen and she is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, talented and listened and delivered EXACTLY what I asked for. She also brought me some delicious tea and gave me a relaxing head massage while washing my hair. I am so HAPPY! The salon is clean, welcoming, and an offers a variety of products and gifts for purchase. Affordable prices but also excellent service! ♡
