The Hair Loft

Very first time at the Salon. OMG, was completely shocked when greeted by a lady in a horrible wig and a bathrobe. I thought, “ok, she isn’t doing my hair”. Then I saw Crystal. Thankfully, she explained the costumes. My time there was so enjoyable. Their friendship and joy are evident the minute you listen to them. What a treat for me. i was afraid I wasn’t going to find someone to cut/color my hair here in Radford. What a blessing that I was led to Hair Loft. I urge anyone to visit this salon. These ladies are phenomenal.

Crystal is wonderful. She's always able to match the color I want perfectly. I also enjoy the conversations with her and her music choices in the salon. Added bonus that The Hair Loft offers refreshments for their clients.

This salon is magical! Crystal worked a miracle on my hair. After listening to my wish list she expertly applied low lights and the results were amazing. The cut and style surpassed any prior high end experience that I have had. These ladies are as good as it gets!!

I recently moved to Radford after living in Charlotte for 12 years. A new town and time to move on to a new salon - which I was anxious about. The Hair Loft met and exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was upscale and professional - what I was used to in Charlotte. And Alysha brought my blonde back to life! Honestly, she did the best color I’ve ever had. Plus the pricing for a cut and color was very affordable. The entire experience was AMAZING! The Hair Loft is now my new “home” salon!
