I was holidaying in Mai,, not knowing the area & needing my hair done,,, it was my luck day when “Jenna” answered the phone and offered me an appointment at 12 noon,,,, she greeted me with her wonderful smile & awesome personality and did my hair,, which I loved!!! I felt like she’d been doing my hair for years!! It was like she knew exactly what I wanted! Jenna has a wonderful sense of humor and I left there with a sore tummy from our laughter & blessed to have had a lovely experience & pretty hair to boot!! Highly recommended!!! Super environment!! October 2025 - I love the current location at Head to Toe Salon! Easy parking at 5425 Lower Honoapiilani Rd and around the back as well. I have been coming to Leah for years, and the current location is a joy to visit, and all the same great customer service and products. I have been coming to The Hair Hale for years, and Leah is excellent! She has a great team of stylists, the service is fantastic, and I love the high-quality products used and sold here. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and I completely trust Leah and The Hair Hale for all my hair needs.
I went to hair hale for my bridal hair and make up. My fiancé and I decided to elope to Maui. So I booked the appointment but did not do any kind of run through. Carrie did an AMAZING job with my hair and make up! She was very sweet and fun to work with. My hair and make up looked great and made it through the evening. I would highly recommend this salon and Carrie and her co workers to anyone looking to get bridal hair and make up done or any of your salon needs. Loved this place! Thanks Carrie!
