The Hair Gallery

Have been coming to The Hair Gallery for years and drive three hours to get my hair done here - amazing staff, service and I always leave with great hair! Caitlin is so talented!

Bad service, haircut for a kid, took 50 min, without wash, also they book another appointment instead of being another person available it was the same that took 50 min. Nobody came to talk or explain. Very rude.

Natalie did my hair as part of a bridal party get ready and she did a phenomenal job! She even gave me hair advice that was totally unrelated to the wedding and it was so appreciated :)

A person calls to check out your services, and the call ends with the possible customer saying “ok thank you” when you didn’t have the availability, why do you believe it’s ok to just hang the phone up vs saying ”your welcome” or “sure” or simply acknowledge their attempt for services? That is such a rude gesture. Not a way to encourage new customers Megan.
