The Hair Extension Bar

Recently moved from the Bay Area to Carlsbad which meant having to find my new hair extension place, since I LOVED my salon back home it was an overwhelming decision knowing no one in the area. So my first attempt was to that famous 4k place, and while my stylist was very sweet, the price I paid was extra and I was underwhelmed with the actual hair. For an hour drive it wasn't worth it. So I found The Hair Extension bar and was excited it was only 15 minutes from home. The minute you walk in you can see everything is intentionally crested to be a wonderful experience (that 4k place the owner did not even acknowledge me and the salon was pretty bland). But the Extension Bar is adorable, like walking into a pink princess land with a fridge full of drinks and snacks, and everything is obvious

I have gone to The Hair Extension Bar for years, and I have always had a fantastic and enjoyable experience! My first experience at The Hair Extension Bar was getting ready for Prom during high school, and they made our time so memorable and made my friends and me feel so pretty! Their team was quick to make sure we were taken care of and styled our hair amazingly! Recently, I have been getting my hair washed and styled. I went before my birthday, and Skyler and the team went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated and cared for. I got my hair curled, and I loved it! I couldn't recommend The Hair Extension Bar more!

I started coming to The Hair Extension Bar a little over two years ago when my hair was shoulder-length, thin, and just wouldn’t grow. Since then, I’ve consistently had two rows of extensions, and surprisingly, my natural hair has grown more than it ever did before extensions. (Attached are pictures of my natural hair now! I’m obsessed) The atmosphere at the Bar is always welcoming, and the service is truly top-tier. Every appointment leaves me feeling confident, happy, and completely satisfied with my hair. I’m beyond grateful to have long, beautiful hair year-round while still maintaining healthy natural growth. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without these girls—they’re the best.

The best vibe!! Everyone is so happy and bright, great energy. Even the other clients have great energy, which tells you something! I’ve been wearing extensions for 13 years and highly recommend this place! My stylist, Skyler, is wonderful! I like my extensions tight and I’m very particular about placement and she was so patient with me!

Once again the girls have done it! I’ve had extensions with them for a few years and the level of care is always impressive. Maintaining blonde was never easy but the bar has changed that for me. With my membership I also got a kit full of product, cute brushes and a super comfy sweatshirt. I look forward to my next appointment ♥️
