The Hair Connection

This was absolutely horrendous. I made an appointment for 2pm for wash and set, was not seen until 3:30 and did not leave til 7pm!!!!!!!! Although Gary was kind and patient, any average person would have got up and left due to the extensive wait time!!! On top of that the hair did not come out good at all!!!! I was upset that I spent OVER 5 HOURS and the service was extremely poor. I washed it out when I got home because it was oily and puffy and I couldn’t come my fingers thru it!! Absolutely disgusting and HUGE waste of my time!!! I am beyond disappointed and angry that they did not prioritize first time customers. Service was slow and I drove over an hour for this place. NEVER EVER WILL THEY SEE MY FACE AGAIN!!! Big time wasters!!!

Gianni did a BEAUTIFUL job with my braids. This was my first time getting my hair done by her and I will be going back again. The ladies are friendly, polite and makes you feel confident that your hair is going to look 👍

Gianni and Angie have both done gorgeous color for me! Gianni did a beautiful balayage with more subtle highlights, then styled it so pretty. And Angie did a blond ombre another time. Angie always does the perfect cut and styles it curly or straight, whichever I want. They are both so very sweet and have a lot of experience and are experts with color! They both strive to please, to make you look great and make you happy ❤! You'll feel at ease at The Hair Connection. It's a great atmosphere, light hearted, and always professional. Just went back to get my nails done. Diana applied a cute pink shade perfect for summer. She suggested it and Nicole, one of the stylists, was wearing it and it looked great. My cousin got her hair done and was not told by the stylist that the entire middle section of her hair was completely gone. The stylist put her hair in the ugliest up due let her pay and didn’t bother to show her the extent of the damage. Very unprofessional and disheartening.
