The Hair Connection

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced. I called on a Monday to request a walk-in appointment and was told there was no availability, which I completely understood. I then scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with Beatriz, providing both my name and phone number. I took time out of my lunch break to be there, only for Beatriz to never show up. What’s worse, I did not receive a single call or message informing me that she would be late or unable to attend. This lack of communication and respect for my time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected at least a courtesy call or follow-up after the missed appointment, but there was nothing. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with how this situation was handled.

I took my son in this morning for a haircut as we have an important event this evening & he got this horrible haircut. It's unbelievable the stylist who did this haircut actually went to cosmetology school. This is the worst haircut he's ever gotten. I can't believe I had to pay $25 to get his hair ruined. Do not come here.😡😡 this is in acceptable

Ofelia did my hair and I love it! She did an amazing job, she took me in 10 minutes earlier. Also cheaper than I expected. Will definitely come back

I have to say that I have used this place multiple times for myself and my boys in the past. Unfortunately , yesterday, I felt that I was scammed! I booked a hair cut and make up because I had a wedding to attend. I was assured that the make up artist is really good so I was willing to pay 95 dollars. The stylist who did my hair has done it before twice and both time were great that’s why I gave two stars. This time I showed her a couple of pictures to have an idea of what I want and when she was done and I got to see what she did, I was horrified and had to ask her to change it. I had to show her another picture to fix it. Then make up time came and I was asked how I Ike my make up and what color my dress was. I told her I would like to have make up that does not look like I did it mysel

Had to find a new place when my barber moved away after 15 yrs. Met Mina - the owner and she was fast and cut my hair just how I like it. Been going now for about a year. Being a guy usually not picky but - have had some bad haircuts when searching for a new person. Staff is friendly and they offer full service. What's great service.
