I LOVE my highlights by Alex. She’s experienced and KNOWS hair - both color and cuts. It’s hard for me to find someone to trust with my hair - but Alex is a keeper! My hair is very fine and it’s so nice to know that Alex not only knows what she’s doing, but uses safe products. She’s all about protecting the integrity of your hair. My husband on the other hand has crazy thick and wavy hair. She cuts and thins it like an expert. And cuts it like I like it too… that’s a huge win :) And the salon is conveniently located with easy parking.

I cannot say enough good things about Amber Jean! She is unbelievably talented, especially when it comes to working with gray hair. She doesn’t just cover it up, she knows how to blend and style it in a way that makes it look amazing and natural. I’ve honestly never received so many compliments on my hair in my entire life! On top of that, she respects your time. I’m not stuck in the chair for hours and hours. She’s efficient, experienced, and honestly a total wizard with color and technique. If you’re on your gray hair journey and want someone who really gets it, she’s your gal.

Hi all! I was serviced by Amber and I cannot fully express how pleased I was with her in words. From seeing my vision to making it real, she was truly amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Amber today for a haircut and I wanted to get some wispy bangs done. We had a phone consultation first which I really liked and appreciated that she took the time to speak with me to get to know exactly what I wanted. Now for the haircut itself I am absolutely in love. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I've been going to Guest House Hair for a few years now. The salon itself is very clean and comfortable and it's conveniently located on Ventura Blvd. Monica Paul is wonderful and she listens to her clients. I spent a few hours with color, cut and styling and it was a great experience!
