I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel I need to share my experience. Last Saturday I had a haircut at Greenroom Salon with Brett, and it was honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I want to clarify that Brett seems like a kind and well-intentioned person, but the result was extremely disappointing. My hair was cut very unevenly and looks completely choppy and butchered. For the price I paid, I expected a professional and polished result. Instead, my hair now looks damaged beyond repair and will take a long time to grow out and fix. If there were any way to request a refund, I absolutely would, because at this point there’s nothing that can be done to salvage the cut. I truly don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I feel it’s important

Excellent service from professional Vilma Teles — the coloring was impeccable! The salon has a great structure, excellent customer service, and skilled professionals, using high-quality products to ensure outstanding results. It was my first time, and I loved it. I will definitely be back.

My experience at the Greenroom with Lindsay is always awesome! I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years now and every service has been wonderful. They are super professional, educated with their color and cuts. The customer service that you get in this salon is a 5 star!!!! ⭐️ I definitely recommend this salon hands down!

Sadly I cannot recommend this salon. I had booked my appointment for a balayage, i had mostly virgin hair (got very little highlights 3 years ago at a cosmo school). Since my hair is naturally very dark I know I would never want to change my hair color to blonde. That being said, I attached a photo of my inspo pic- which is very much brunette. I also don’t do much to my hair so I wanted to stick to a balayage because it looks more natural and is less maintenance than highlights. Now after $450 booked with a “master stylist” this was my hair. One side has more bleach than the other as you can see in the picture. The technique was not balayage it looks like grown out highlights. Also beware of the assistant who washes your hair. The most uncomfortable experience of scrubbing and pulling. My
