I went Friday for my first time and got a Cut, wash and blow dry with Paige & it was the best! She did exactly what my hair needed!! Can’t recommend her enough.

I was drawn to this salon being a huge fan of the grateful dead so I appreciated the playful nod to the band. It had been a minute since I had my last haircut and I was feeling anxious since the last time I had my haircut I chose to go to a haircutting school and had a less than optimal experience that left me wanting to just let my hair grow wild. My appointment was with Jamie and she made me feel so comfortable. Asked me the style I was looking to get and advised me on the haircut. For how thick and fluffy my hair is, she made quick work of my hair while also putting in the care and style choices that I communicated. The people are lovely but I’m seriously upset at how my hair turned out. I went a couple weeks ago and left the salon in tears and I felt bad for even crying because the girl was really nice. I showed her what I wanted about a dozen times. She said we couldn’t get as light as in the picture which was fine. I had reasonable expectations. The highlights and placement were nothing like pictured and instead of being any semblance of blonde, my highlights/money piece were basically brown. I’ve done a better job lightening my hair with boxed dye before. I was really just upset overall because I felt like I didn’t get anything close to what I wanted and I spent over $200 on my hair which is a treat for me.
