There are not enough words to describe my appreciation for Mary! She offers a wonderful approach to health, wellness, body awareness, and has so much knowledge and talent. Incorporation of massage, reiki and cupping always offer massive benefit, not only for my body but also mind and spirit. Mary always takes time to check in before we begin but often finds areas that need attention and focus without my input. The environment is very inviting, cozy and relaxing and her handmade body butter is amazing. Visits are always a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her services. I’m so grateful to have Mary as part of my wellness team!

Mary is wonderful! Down to earth and genuine. Really knows her stuff in terms of how to treat various mind/body discomforts. Ambiance is great and she not only did not talk to me during the massage but encouraged me not to so I could focus on true relaxation. I highly recommend her.
