The Grand Salon

I've been to this salon three times. The first time, I had to stay an extra 20+ minutes because their register had technical issues. They kept running my card, but they kept getting error messages. Finally I got a confirmation text saying that it went through. The next day they called me because apparently the charges didn't actually go through. Ok, not a big deal. I gave them my CC info again. They also gave me a 15% discount for being a first responder, which I thought was nice. The second time I went there, they wouldn't give me the discount. They said it's only for the first visit. Ok, still not a big deal, it just would've been nice to know ahead of time. Then came the third visit which was this week. I got the same exact service as before, but instead of $85, they tried to charge me

I went to The Grand Salon in Davie for a cut after almost 9 months. My stylist was Judith and she was absolutely amazing! I shared with her how I wanted my hair cut and styled, since I have really long hair it can be tricky. She blew it out of the water! I am beyond thrilled with the end result! Thank you so much @mygrandsalon. I will be going there again and asking for Judith :)

A huge thank you and shout out to the Grand salon. As a walk-in with my arm in a cast, and just needing a quick wash and blowout, (after waiting an hour at the Supercuts next door where I had an appointment, where they Took five people that came in after me), the ladies at the Grand had me in within 15 minutes, even though they were slammed with Saturday afternoon appointments. This just goes to show their professionalism and courtesy, and to step up and help those in need. Thank you so much ladies and happy holidays.

Very nice staff and service! Me and my mom have been coming here for 10 years now and feel very comfortable like at home. Everyone is very kind and caring. My stylist is Fryla and I love her! She does our hair so amazing! Totally recommend!
