The Gramercy Elm Street Garage

If you like broken windows and parking tickets this is the place for you. I have had a monthly subscription for 2 months and acquired 12 total parking tickets. Typical slimy California owned estate. How do you get a parking ticket for somewhere you pay to park every month unbelievable. Stay far away from these people. Look them up on better buissness bureau over 1500 successful claims on wrongfully ticketed individuals. Unbelievable.

During a snow storm, they cannot be bothered to clear the entrances and exits. The stairwell is covered in urine and vomit. The elevators are frozen shut. There is a foot of standing water in the lower level of the garage. Each level is covered in black ice. There is a sewage leak on one of the levels, putting that smell into everyone’s cars and leaving the sewage on the pavement.

not the closest option to the stadium but that's why I love it! Its only 7 blocks. easy highway access and light traffic even during bengals games. usually $5 or $10 cheaper too. been coming here since the 90s.

I would not recommend this parking garage. Even though I paid for parking, I still received a ticket while parked here. It’s very frustrating and feels unfair that cars are allowed to be ticketed despite using their facility. If you choose to park here, be very cautious and keep all receipts or proof of payment because this garage does not seem to protect its customers.

Terrible garage. I've parked here for a few years and have witnessed all sorts of terrible things happen to people's cars. There are rarely any staff at the garage, and if there are its never more than a single person. This is a huge issue because cars are constantly getting broken into (including my 20+ year old truck) and the entrance and exit gates are often out of order, but theres nobody around to help. I've also seen multiple occasions where burst pipes in the ceiling have flooded peoples cars. There are huge pot holes in the floor of the garage and some have rebar sticking out of them. It's insane that this place is rated "Excellent" by the Cincinnati Police Department.
