ASK FOR RYAN!!!!! i called multiple salons asking for a squeeze in. this salon answered me at 7:40 and said there was a tech willing to do my nails before close. i left the mall got there at 7:45ish. i was greeted by my tech Ryan. he took me to his desk and asked me what i wanted. i told him almond nude set. every step he was asking me if i liked the shape. he told me the price before he put the acrylic on my nails. and made sure i liked the color. ryan did my nails start to finish in approximately 30-40 minutes... i paid after my service at 8:21pm... i will update on how long they last. i am truly grateful for the fast and kind service and truly recommend Ryan for an in and out, respectful, and accurate service!! edit: i added an image of my nails after 3 weeks

My nails look horrible. I spent a small fortune to get these done and honestly, press ons would have been better. The shape from the top looks fine, but from the side, it is flat and nowhere close to natural looking. This will be my last trip at this establishment.

Went here and Jay did my nails so thick, rushed me when I made an appointment that he started 15 minutes late. The staff is rude and unfortunately communication with the staff is challenging due to the language barrier and they don't fully understand the customers. I got acrylic nails because he did not understand or know how to do what I wanted with gel X.The guy that did my pedicure cut both of big toenails down to the meat and the gel polish peeled off of one toenail the same night. He wanted me to get gel polish because he didn'thave a place for me to sit while my toes dry.Never again

Holly did a nice job on my mani pedi but she left all this acetone and old gel residue on my hands that I had to clean off MYSELF! She just sat looking and smiling then walked away while I cleaned and didn't even offer to help me. Her attention to details isn't good enough for me. That's bad customer service!

I was excited to find a nail salon who offers builder gel and was recommended to visit this salon by a friend. I felt terrible because i was cheating on my main nail salon but i wanted try something new, more naturaI and healtier for my nails. I went to my appointment and when I tell you my nails didnt even make it a week. On nail 1, my nail separated from the gel and started to lift. On nail 2 the builder gel cracked, on nail 3 and 4 I noticed the gel overlay wasn't evenly applied and my nails were again separating from the gel. Fast forward I called to inform the salon of my issues. The front desk was very understanding and asked me to come in the next day. I rushed over right after work only to be met with being asked if i could come back tomorrow, wait for the tech who was with anoth
