I love coming to this salon. The atmosphere, layout, and—most of all—the hairstylists make it such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. There’s a cute reception and waiting area, along with a beautiful display of the product lines they offer. The separate spa rooms are sectioned off with curtains for privacy rather than doors, and my absolute favorite feature is the relaxation rock salt room. Instead of sitting in an uncomfortable chair while your hair color sets, you can unwind in this beautiful space with an entire floor made of rock salt. This was my first time going to Faith for highlights, and she did absolutely incredible work—I love it! She truly listened to what I wanted and far exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for the meticulous care she put into my hair and for taking the time to really understand my vision. I especially appreciated how intentional she was about not over-processing, yet still somehow achieved the most beautiful, bright blonde. I will definitely be going back to see her. The salon itself is stunning—exquisite, relaxing, and the Himalayan salt lounge is such a luxurious touch. A truly gorgeous salon all around! 💕

Today was my first time stepping foot into the Glow Up Beauty Salon let me tell you I was completely blown away by the amazing layout/look of the salon. It has such a strong calm and ambient vibe that puts your mind at ease they have a salt room you can enjoy and relax while waiting for your hair to soak in color dye. My hair has been a complete disaster and needed to get colored and cut big time. Virginia went above and beyond with taking care of my needs and my self confidence is back. I definitely couldn’t be more thrilled and happy with my results as this is the look I have been trying to achieve for years with other stylists and salons but could never deliver to my expectations. I’m genuinely disappointed with the service my daughter and I received. We were excited to try this salon for a special event, and I came prepared with clear photos of the style she wanted. What she walked out with wasn’t even close. On top of that, I was charged more than double the price that was quoted online. It felt like the style was changed without explanation just to justify a higher charge. After the appointment, I reached out and sent side-by-side photos of what we asked for versus what was done. They offered to fix it, but the service was for my minor daughter, and I didn’t want to upset her in the moment by making a scene. When I later asked if we could schedule the fix after the holidays because things are hectic right now, they told me it would no longer be complimentary. F

Chrystal is an amazing stylist! She has been able to help me achieve my hair goals, highlighting it to perfection to be bright and icy! 😊 My hair has never looked or felt so good.
