Sylvia at The Glam Collective took the time to really assess my hair, explain the process, and set realistic expectations—while still completely delivering. The blend is flawless, the tone is creamy and neutral (not brassy at all), and my hair still feels healthy and soft, which honestly shocked me after such a big color change. Silvia has been my hairstylist for over a decade. She comes from a good beauty school, worked at Carlton’s and then opened her own salon, which is now The Glam Collective. You will only find experienced hair stylists, you can get your toes done, eyelashes. It is a full established salon that can meet all your needs in one place. I recently asked for a subtle copper and Silvia delivered like always. I couldn’t recommend her and her salon more. They also specialize in hair extensions and have quality hair.

I was very excited when booking because I have never gotten my hair professionally done. However, I was very sad walking out of the salon because I showed what I wanted done and ended up with something different. Note: i dont know anything about hair colors, styles, etc. I didnt have the courage to say anything before leaving because I'm not the type of person to complain or dispute over things. I did like how it looked but it wasn't what I wanted. I left the salon, got in my car and cried all the way home. I had my hair done at The Glam Collective by Silvia. Let me start by saying this was the best service I’ve received in a while. I can tell she loves what she does, you tell her what you want and the execution is astonishing. Her salon is really pretty and the vibe is nice as well. I recommend giving it a try if you need a hairstylist.
