Most spectacular haircut experience of my life. My grooming specialist Michelle gave the best haircut service of my life and everyone else was awesome. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. If you have a Gent’s Place near you check it out as you won’t be disappointed.

I happened to find this place after trying over a dozen barbers. Tiffany does my beard, and she gets it perfect every time. The overall atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. I enjoy coming here so much that i decided to purchase a membership and even a box to leave some bourbon. Today, I had my appointment at 3:55 PM with Michelle. I specifically asked for a trim to remove some volume, clean up the edges, and cut the “tail” of hair I had in the back of my head. I also made it clear that I wanted everything done with scissors only. However, she used clippers on the back of my head and cut the hair shorter than I asked for, which I did not like and never requested. On top of that, they didn’t wash my hair or remove the cut hair afterwards, even though this is part of the service I’m paying for. This was my fourth visit here, and I was surprised and disappointed by the service this time.
