Best Barber Shop in Central PA. A clean welcoming environment with extremely skilled barbers. There is plenty of Seating/TV’s to keep you comfortable while you wait along with a Pool Table and FoosBall. Chris the owner even offers his own Gentlemen Barber Shop apparel and Hair care products that are awesome! If you are reading this you have found your New and ONLY Barber Shop, welcome!!

Subject: Unprofessional Conduct and Hostile Environment created by Owner I have been a loyal customer of The Gentlemen’s Barbershop in Mount Joy for years. While the staff generally provides great service, I have consistently observed the owner speaking poorly to both his customers and his barbers. He frequently berates and belittles his staff in the open, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. My decision to leave a negative review stems from a direct interaction I had with the owner during my most recent visit. My usual barbers were busy, and seeing that the owner was not cutting anyone’s hair and had an empty chair, I approached his station. As a busy professional with limited time, I asked if he was available to cut my hair. Instead of a professional response, he immediately adopted

All I have to say is Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and today I got the privilege of bringing my son for his first haircut. Brandon I believe his name was did an absolutely amazing job with my son. He was so patient and understanding and he even went out of his way to get some laughs out of my little man while he was cutting his hair. For anyone with an almost 1 year old you know how hard it is to get them to sit still yet Brandon was able to make his hair look phenomenal. Also I’m sorry but I forgot the name of my barber. He’s the first one you see when you walk into the door with the glasses. But he is also amazing super understanding and he knew I was trying to get some picture of my kids haircut and he was perfectly ok with i

I was visiting from out of state for a wedding and looking for a last minute cut and beard trim. I looked for a place where I could get an appointment but given the short notice nothing was available and I came across The Gentleman's Barbershop in Mount Joy. Lucky for me they only do walk-ins but one review noted it can be a long wait especially on Saturdays. I arrived about 10 minutes before opening and indeed there was a line down the block. When the doors opened one of the barbers (I believe Chris) took everyone's name and he let me know the wait might be two hours. Given my limited options I found a chair and made myself comfortable. While I waited I took in the surroundings and this is definitely a man's man type of place. There's a pool table, foosball table, and TVs with sports and

Took my son to get his haircut today. Walked in a saw a sign on bulletin about be aware of “price increase”. There was no sign on the wall displaying haircut prices nor do they have any information on their website. I thought it would be a small increase until my son was done and I asked the price and the barber said “40” dollars. This will be the last time going there. 40 dollars for a haircut plus a tip…price gouging for sure. Also, plan to wear jackets, this place doesn’t keep the place warm at all. I saw three people waiting and they kept their heavy jackets on.
