My brother came home with a bald spot on the top of his head and there are patches all over. Even if you are not experienced in all types of hair I don't understand how a simple guard couldn't have been used. His edges were pushed back and uneven. This was his birthday weekend. They are not trained in diverse hair types. We went back and they were able able to fix the use at no additional charge.

Walked in for the first time, at the recommendation of a friend. Immediately greeted with a friendly atmosphere and had Nate for my haircut. He did a great job, had a nice conversation too. Will be my new home for a haircut
