I placed an order online for in store pick and received an email letting me know my order was received and would be notified when it’s ready. No problem. I received a call that my order was ready 10 mins after placing it and omg I could not believe how fast it was ready! I got in my car and drove over to pick the item up, the gentleman at the shop had everything ready for me as soon as I walked in and even gave me some freebies with my purchase! I will post some pics of the items I received and later update my review with my grooming gear in the luggage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stop by for any of your barber/grooming needs as they got the coolest stuff you won’t find anywhere else! <3 thanks again the pro shop!

Made an order on November 30th. Tried to reach out, emailed multiple times about where my order is. No response no updates. Can’t even track my order. Still haven’t arrived.
