The Fountain Spa Hackensack

Been here multiple times for massages and unfortunately just gets worse worse, I will no longer book anything there. In addition to very high turnover even schedule an appointment is a challenge. The property needs to be updated significantly and staff needs to be trained.

I gave this spa a chance twice. The first service I got was in August of last year where I got a facial. This was my first ever facial because I'm not very trusting with some estheticians and scarring. I figured this spa had a good reputation so I would give it a try. Of course the thing that stops me from getting facials is exactly what happened. One week later I had scars in all the places where blackheads were extracted. The second time I gave this spa a chance was this year in May. I decided to get a massage because I get them often, at least once a month. This is my first time getting a massage at fountain spa and it was horrible. As soon as I walked into the massage room I noticed that the room needed some serious updating. The Fountain Spa Hackensack is my go-to spot whenever I need a reset. I’ve had massages, facials, and body scrubs here; every service has been top-notch. The staff are always polite and professional, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. It’s such a peaceful place to spend a few hours.

An upscale spa where you get to relax and get pampered by professionals who know what they are doing. The spa is at a great location within the riverside mall. The associates on the phone to the front desk are absolutely professional and will help you to all your needs.

The staff was nice enough (particularly the woman at the hospitality desk) but the massage was truly awful. $250 for a deep tissue massage that was, on no planet, deep tissue. I have zero relevant training and 10000% could have executed the rub down I received. Literally just had every body part lightly stroked up and down in a straight line. It was 80 minutes of annoyance.
