The Fountain Spa (Day Spa Ramsey, NJ)

Just WOW! If there were more than five stars, I’d give them. My daughter gifted me a facial and massage for Christmas, and together it was our first visit to The Fountain Spa was incredible from start to finish. The facial services by Cayla & Juliet, along with the massages by June and Andrea, were exceptional—thoughtful, relaxing, and truly top-tier. The spa was packed with happy clients openly sharing how amazing the services are, which only added to the excitement of our first visit. An outstanding experience and a wonderful team. We will absolutely be back.

This was my first visit to The Fountain for a pedicure with Christine. I absolutely love her! She is very professional, made me feel very comfortable, was very personable, and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back and request her!! Since it was my first time, one of the managers Dawn gave me a tour of the facility. It is so beautiful. She was very informative and nice. I kept running into Diana during my stay, a member of the hospitality team and she was just such a sweet woman. I recommend this establishment.

I recently hosted my sisters 30th birthday and rented the private room at The Fountain Spa -- also known as a Pod Party. Everything from start to finish was top notch. The room that we had was great, the massages and facials we all received were beyond relaxing, and the service from everyone we encountered was top notch. I was able to bring in my own food and decorations which helped to personalize the room and make the day that much more special for the birthday girl. The Fountain provided us with coffee, tea, OJ (for mimosas), water (still and sparkling) and paper products. All in all it was the perfect girls day to celebrate a special day!

I hosted a pod party for my sister. It was flawless - from start to finish. It was a glorious day at the spa. The services were perfect. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I ordered a pastry platter which was absolutely delicious. Everything was clean. The towels were always stocked in the locker room. I took some to shower and I came out and they were completely full again. Everyone was accommodating and they really wanted to make our visit the best possible. I worked with Linda to book the pod party - she was so helpful every step of the way. Her communication was great. She was very patient as well as it took some time to pick a date and figure out who could make it and who couldn't.

I booked a massage and whirlpool for my significant other and I...it was very underwhelming. The woman (forgive me I cannot remember her name) who set up the whirlpool was great - very professional! The whirlpool was ok - glorified jacuzzi, but I knew that going in. After was our couples massage - the room was cold, and it looked more like a surgical room, rather than a relaxing spa room. There weren't any candles or soft lights, and no spa music. We laid there in silence while we had our massages. The massage therapists were joking and laughing on their way in. They did acknowledge us, and I wouldn't say they were completely unprofessional, but it seemed as though they were just going through the motions, and would rather be joking around and laughing than doing our massages.
