Jennifer and her crew are the best and make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. they really listen to what you want done with your hair and make it a relaxing experience. My hair stylist at a different salon needed to cancel the day before my appointment and unfortunately that day was the only day I could get my hair done due being off work. It was 8pm and I was desperate to find someone who could get me in! Jennifer responded to me very quickly saying that her or one of the other stylists at her salon could get me in. Alex texted me and booked me for the next day and I was so thankful. Her professionalism was outstanding. She communicated so well and took her time on my hair. I got a full highlight and it turned out beautifully. My husband said it was the best my hair has ever looked. It was also such a pleasure getting to know Alex! Love Love Love The Formula Salon & Spa!! Jennifer always knows what I want and need! I just tell her what I’m looking for and she makes it happen. The staff is wonderful along with the atmosphere and environment. Definitely a go to place for a friendly professional down to earth staff and amazing results!
