The Finished Look

The Finished look was so uplifting! The energy and vibes when you walk into this Shop is Amazing! I had such interesting conversations with the employees, and it made things feel a lot more comfortable as I sat and waited! Amber did such a wonderful job with my daughter’s hair, Amber took her time and was so understanding it was my daughters first time getting her hair done professionally, Amber made her feel special by the end of the appointment! I wouldn’t think twice to book another appointment with Amber at The finished look!

The finished look exceeds my expectations every time! From the time you walk in, you instantly feel the ambiance of comfort, to the time you’re sitting in the chair getting pampered , you feel like the most beautiful woman in the world . Every single person in this salon is so kind, inviting and so fun, they never fail to make me feel like the most important person in the world, especially Dezerae. I have taken a lot of time to decide if I wanted to even review bc I was so devastated about our experience but didn’t want to be “that person”. My daughter was brought in by Grandma (I had to work) for her first ever hair appointment and she was so excited! I sent Amber what we wanted and got a quote, I was happy with it and agreed! To start Amber showed up late and hungover… Then when our daughter was IN THE CHAIR I got a message from Amber stating she didn’t look at the picture good enough and was going to need to charge me more… I wasn’t happy but whatever, I wasn’t going to disappoint our daughter. This is absolutely the only place that I will get my hair done! Living in wausau finding QUALITY braiding services are next to impossible. Ever since the finished look was established I’ve had nothing to worry about. Dezerae has provided me with a variety of styles, from box braids, jumbo box braids, tribal braids, to my absolute favorite butterfly locks I have never been disappointed. The time frame is consistently great, and so is the care for perfection and decision making towards the right style fit for me and my texture of hair.
