The Falls Spa

I would like to start by saying we absolutely LOVE Christina! Her personality, attention to detail, organization skills and positive attitude makes The Falls the perfect venue for your wedding (or any other special event)!! Our wedding was on 6/8/10. Over the last year Christina was available at all hours, helping my mother with my bridal shower and going above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend The Falls to any couples looking to get married or any event you have in mind! The venue is beautiful inside and has a beautiful nature walk to take pictures. It has a large stage that we had a 6 piece band on. Everything was beautiful and perfect! Thank you Christina for making our special day extra special!! We love you!!

My husband, daughter and I have lived at the Falls for the last year and we have really enjoyed it! It's the nicest apartment we've ever lived in!! The amenities (pool, spa, gym, lounges) are so fantastic. The apartments are spacious and the conveniently located to great restaurants and shops in downtown Hudson. Christina, the Property Manager, is wonderful! She is always available, super responsive and works really hard - and it shows. We also love several of the staff we've become friends with over the last year, especially Sylvia, Michelle and Shaqueta. The owner Marc is a wonderful guy and can often be seen around the building, checking in with people and making sure everyone is happy. I just moved in here on February 1st 2019. I love it here, yes the rent is a bit high. But & however with the layout of the place washer/dryer in the apt. Top notch appliances. Spa, full gym, movie theater, pet friendly, outdoor pool my own patio, central air & heat 2 bathrooms & cable & internet are free. I will pay every month gladly. I moved from the area for one yr. Only to come back & not be able to find NOTHING that had a yard or heat & hot water at least included in the rent. Just plain rent & they want 1,300 - 1,600 a month. For a little bedroom. This is a clean place and the owner Mark & his wife Patty are the most wonderful nicest people I have ever met. I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this rental facility and wedding venue . The apartments are well maintained. The general manager of the building Christina takes very good care of the residents and make sure they have everything they need from Move in service , to cleaning service , to accommodations and last but not least her understanding of people in general . No matter what circumstances the tenant is under Christina turns it around and makes for a loving home and atmosphere . There are not many apartment complexes that have managers who out customers and residents first , The Falls apartments sure do! There is a lot to like about The Falls, I just don't know where to begin at! The location was ideal - for where I needed to be, when it come to shopping and Restaurants . Our apartment have plenty of space - and a beautiful complimentary style. Most importantly Christine is always on hand when needed - and a very good 'manager' of the venue. My wife and I have such a good experience with the crew and staff and they"re very respectful! The Falls is our dream place! Thank you all!
