My wife and I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store. While browsing moisturizers, an employee approached us and showed us a product we did not like. We politely declined and left the store without purchasing anything. As we were walking to our car, the same employee ran after us outside the store, loudly asking where the “eye cream” was. We were completely shocked. She then came uncomfortably close to us and looked into our pockets, implying that we had stolen something. This was humiliating, accusatory, and entirely unprofessional. At no point did we take or even touch an eye cream. If this is how customers are treated, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Management seriously needs to address employee conduct, customer training, and basic respec

Marleah was super helpful with my shopping today. I loved the recommendations for my type of skin and was very thoughtful to consider my skin allergies. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to clear up their acne!

Went in to find a new facial cleanser and Marleah helped pick one out that was for my specific skin type. Marleah’s customer service is a 10/10- she’s incredibly well-spoken. She truly cares to pick what’s right for you. I will only ever get my skin care from here on out, thanks Marleah!

I’m very disappointed by the experience my friend had at this location. After leaving the store, an employee followed her and her companion into the parking lot and accused her of stealing an eye cream. The employee claimed the product was “missing” and then proceeded to check my friend’s pockets. Nothing was found, because nothing was taken. This was an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating situation. Accusing a customer and searching their pockets especially outside the store, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Situations like this should be handled with proper procedures and respect, not public accusations. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to staff so no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.
