From moving from out of town to a new city I definitely needed a new hair cut spot. And I'm very picky on who cuts my hair. But when I went here for the 1st time I learned that they do appointments so it's best to book ahead. And everyone is nice and greet you from when enter to a nice thanks for coming when you leave. Then the cut be on point and they pay attention to you the entire time. Not busy doing other things. A barber shop I will forever come to as long as I'm here in Augusta, Ga.

This was my second visit to see Rachaan at The Executive Chair. Both times I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt welcomed. Rachaan spends the first few minutes of each haircut talking to you about your expectations for your hair. The rest of the time is spent with him paying extremely close attention to detail and ensuring you get the service and hair style you want. The bonus is you leave with that and also the knowledge that you were serviced by a truly customer oriented professional.

If you want a great haircut at your own leisure then you really need to visit this place. An added bonus is that they are open 24/7.

Great service. Very relaxed. First time in. Illy checked in with each step as he executed a very good fade. It was obvious thst customer satisfaction was a priority.

Didnt work out for me😠 They only know how to use razor..thats it! Know nothing about hair styles.. Considering its pricey at 25$ plus 15%tip.. Sorry guys but i was disappointed!
