Anthony at Exchange Barbershop absolutely crushed it. My boyfriend went in for a beard trim and somehow walked out looking hotter than ever??! which I didn’t even know was possible. Anthony really took the time to listen to what Chace wanted and then executed it perfectly. The attention to detail was impressive, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his craft. Beyond the great cut, Anthony was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The shop itself is also really cool and has a bar!! great atmosphere, stylish space, and just an overall place you actually want to hang out for a bit while you’re there. Haircut experience elevated! I've been going to Great Clips and the like for years out of convenience. The haircut is fine but nothing special. Gets the job done. Tried out this place finally and SO much better. Comfortable and warm space, attention to detail, hot lavender towels and a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. Wonderful experience.

I walked in to check out “The Exchange” to see if they had availability for a cut. I had about a 20 minute wait to get a chair. I had a well made old fashioned while I waited. When it was time to get the cut, Lindsey was the hair professional that took care of me. I showed her a professional picture of the desired style I wanted and she assessed my hair to see if it was possible. I have several cowlicks that have prevented the other barbers from producing the outcome I wanted in the past. Lindsey utilized her skills developed over her 15 year career in men’s hair and perfectly recreated the style I wanted. She was very professional and personable and the entire experience was by far unrivaled by any prior in my 41 years. Lindsey has set the new bar for perfection.

Got my hair cut here yesterday. This was the first time I ever let somebody else do my hair since I was really little, because I got a really horrible hair cut lol but the girl did a great job, & Charged me ten dollars less than the original price I was told while booking my appointment.

My fiance was in need of a shave so we found this spot in downtown Wilmington. He enjoyed a nice shave and beard trim while I enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. Mel did a great job shaving his head and beard. He looks amazing! Once he was finished we had a drink together. Cass made our first round and we were super impressed by the customer service and homemade syrups she used. I'm so happy we have a great mixologist in town. Our second round of drinks was by Dyl who made me an amazing strawberry bourbon drink. I liked that I could enjoy a drink while my fiance got his hair cut. And that this is a new cocktail lounge in the nofro district of Wilmington.
