Hi, I am a tenant at this location. Anyone that’s looking to come to a clean well kept building to run your business I 100% recommend this location. I am the owner of Cutz Barbershop and I run my business out of this building. The place is always clean. The owner and manager are always communicative and easy to get in contact with. I also feel like this location is safe enough to bring my children anytime to work with me because of the great security system on the doors. If you are looking for a safe Clean location to work any business out of this would be it.

I have been a tenant for over 9 years. I enjoy my office space suite. Staff is alway available and accommodating. I enjoy the quick access to and from I-20 highway. Everything is convenient surrounding office complex. This office complex is a structure place for business. Overall I haven’t had issues and enjoy being a tenant.

I have my office here for a little over a year. And over the past 6-9 months I have been totally satisfied and impressed with the way the maintenance team maintains the property and they respond so quickly if I have an issue. Our restrooms have been remodeled and they stay clean and neat. I highly recommend this location for anyone that needs office space!
