My visit to the ER Salon is always a pleasurable one. The owner is a phenomenal stylist and does everything to make sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied with their results. I not only love the way she takes care of my hair, just going there is always such a joy. The atmosphere is great, everyone is always so nice and Ericka is always making me laugh about something. She doesn't mind being honest and straight regarding what's needed for your hair care. She is not going to just tell you something to appease you, nor is she going to tell you something to just get your money, she's going to tell you what is important for you to maintain your hair on a daily basis for healthy hair longevity as well as while you are waiting for your next appointment. I enjoy going to the er salon. The environment is welcoming and I always have a wonderful experience whenever I visit. I highly recommend Ericka as she is amazing at her job. She never fails to create a delightful experience and environment. Ericka has been doing my hair for over ten years and has even done my son's hair as well. It is hard for me to find someone to style my hair the way I want it, but she never fails to outdo my expectations. She did an amazing job coloring my son's dreads and he was very happy with how they came out. She was able to answer any questions that my son and I had about our hair. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed!

Erika always does an excellent job in keeping my hair healthy and gives me tips for home. She is so easy to talk to very warm and welcoming. I trust her with my hair care needs.

Highly recommend Ericka. As a natural it is difficult to find someone who truly cares about the health of your hair. Ericka is someone who has and continues to perfect her craft. She’s very informative and has an obvious passion for what she does. My hair growth has been insane since seeing her. She’s taught me so much about my hair and I am in loveeee with her Keratin treatments. I love coming to the ER salon and have been coming here for years! The atmosphere is extremely clean and professional and feels extremely homey. I have gotten the Keratin and micro-links treatment and have been so impressed. My hair has felt lighter than ever and extremely easy to manage with my busy lifestyle.
