The End Zone Barber Shop

Husband took our son 02/21 the day before his 11th birthday for a cut. We have a barber but he didn’t have an opening for that day. We took advantage since we have been wanting to try this new shop as it’s closer to us. IMMEDIATE REGRET. Husband told him the haircut style, which he has been getting since I can remember. My husband almost immediately notice he was starting it wrong and told the barber, who stated that he was going to fix it, I mean how do you fix a hair cut when you have cut too much and how do you get it this wrong. After he was struggling cutting it shorted and shorter he proceeded to argue with my husband and my son also told me that he began to being more rough with the machine after my husband told him to just shave it off since there was no more fixing at this point.

Unfortunately, Charles butchered our son’s hair. Luckily, Bo was able to save the day! He got us in early and fixed that mess! We highly recommend Bo!

Bo did an amazing job on my 2.5-year-old’s haircut! Haircuts are usually a nightmare for us. He typically cries, won’t sit still, and I practically have to hold him down the whole time. The second clippers come out, it’s always been a full on meltdown. But this time, not a single tear was shed! He was able to do most of the haircut without having to sit on my lap, and he let Bo use the clippers all around his head with no issues at all! Only an occasional, “that tickles!” I wasn’t exactly sure what cut or style I wanted since this was our first time at a barber, but Bo made a suggestion and it turned out to be exactly what I had pictured in my head. The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. We will definitely be back!

Excellent barber shop! I could tell that even the barbers that didn’t cut my hair were excellent barbers. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. I will definitely be back! Dave was my barber today and did an amazing job. One of the best fades I’ve ever had.

ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I attempted to book an appointment here and experienced unacceptable service from start to finish. Issue 1: Slow Communication Setting up the appointment initially took far too long. Responses to messages regarding scheduling were slow and I had to wait 1 week for the reply making the simple act of booking needlessly difficult. Issue 2: Forgotten Appointment & Major Disappointment This appointment was particularly important as it was scheduled for my 6 year old son's birthday haircut. Despite the difficult booking process, I confirmed the time and arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. However, upon arrival, I received a text message from the shop/barber stating that they had FORGOTTEN the appointment entirely. ​T
