She’s got that perfect mix of laid-back and professional—super warm, super easy to talk to, and she actually listens to what you want (rare, right?). I used to go to high-end salons in Dallas, but honestly? Her cuts are just as good, if not better. Highly recommend.

The Element is THE BEST hair salon I’ve personally ever been to. The owner, Jennifer, is so professional, relational, skilled with amazing technique! She has always worked around my schedule. Her salon is clean and has a wonderful selection of hair care products, clothing, jewelry, and leather goods. I always leave satisfied! Jennifer has colored, cut, put in hair extensions, and styled my hair for my wedding. I trust her and all her stylist with every hair need. I highly recommend the element to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Great ALL around experience! New to the Bowie area and I messaged their Facebook page about needing a out of normal appointment because of my work schedule and quickly received a reply back with a stylist that could accommodate me. The Element is a cute shop in Bowie that is welcoming, comfortable and looks like they have lots of services that I need to check out. Karli was amazing! She listened to me about a bad experience that had ruined my hair(out of state salon). Karli made sure I got a beautiful color and that my hair didn't get any more damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karli to anyone looking for a new stylist in Bowie!!

Rachel did my massage and she was wonderful!! Booked another in 2 weeks. Hopefully gonna get these migraines taken care of!
