The Diplomat Spa + Salon

We had a birthday spa day and we had an amazing time. It was a group of 7 girls and from the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly. The checking process was seamless and the facilities were beautiful and super clean. My massage therapist Rodolfo gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and I am beyond happy. We were able to enjoy the hotel facilities and had so much fun. Highly recommend this spa!!!

Me and my husband came to celebrate our wedding anniversary with an ocean view couples massage. The attention and the whole experience deserves a 10s stars review. The ladies hands work like magic , they know exactly where the tension was and they were able to release all the knots we had . We were treated like royalty and the atmosphere was beautiful, so relaxing. We also enjoy the sauna and the steam room. We had a full day pass to enjoy the pool area and enjoyed the beach . This was a great idea to treat ourselves. We definitely will come back for the facials and they also offer manicure pedicures . I can’t get over the smell. It was one of those days you just don’t want them to end . Thank you all We LOVE IT ♥️

My experience at the Diplomat Spa was nothing less than luxurious! I made my way over about 20 minutes early and was greeted by the warm and friendly front desk. I signed in then Teke gave me a tour of the entire spa. It’s extremely spacious inside and clean. I steamed for while until the time of my service with Oleg. It was THE best massages I’ve ever had. The ambiance inside the serenity room was insanely relaxing I fell asleep. I loved everything about this Spa and I can’t wait to come backs

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience at The Diplomat Spa because it was one of the worst spa visits I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the customer service at the front desk was unprofessional and unhelpful. No one mentioned that the spa was under construction, and during my 80-minute massage I heard nothing but constant, loud drilling that completely ruined the atmosphere. On top of that, my massage therapist only used her forearms the entire time, never her hands, which felt lazy and uncomfortable. I paid over $600 expecting a relaxing, high-end experience, but instead I was so disappointed that I actually walked out just 30 minutes into the service. The diplomat is such a beautiful place. The spa staff and the spa itself is so nice, welcoming and relaxing. We came to celebrate a bachelorette and we booked 4 massages. We hung out in the relaxation room for a while before the massage and then the masseuses came out to call us in for the massages. We all came out of our massages and felt like we were walking on clouds. It was a great way to end the weekend and we feel so relaxed and recharged!
