The Day Spa

I have been here 4 times within the past 2 years, and each time has been great. I like a more firm massage and frequently have a hard time finding a place that can give the amount of pressure I like. Every massage therapist I have seen here has delivered more than satisfactory with my requests. The one time the person I was scheduled with had to call in sick, they immediately reached out to let me know. They very generously offered half off of services I rescheduled. I like that they are typically able to get you in within a week or so, unlike other places where the wait is a month or more. Their robes are amazing, and they have excellent steam showers. The changing room, bathroom, and showers have all been clean.

Wedding Anniversary Visit My spouse and I visited the day spa for our wedding anniversary. From the beginning, the woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly accommodating — especially during the busy holiday season — and she worked hard to find appointment times that allowed us to enjoy our treatments together. The waiting area was relaxing, the environment was quiet, and we loved that there was a space where we could sit together before our services. Both massage therapists were warm, professional, and did an excellent job. We truly enjoyed the treatments, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality of service we received. This was my first time here and it was a disappointing experience. The prices did not match what was indicated online, so I inquired about why. They up'ed our package but did not mention there was an additional upcharge for that. Had we known that, we would not have taken that package option - we did not even utilize the extra "perks" since they are not really our style - I did not know I was paying a hefty price for those perks. :( I would have loved to have the option to choose the package with full transparency or to decline that extra package. It was also my first time ever in a spa and nothing was explained to me. I had no idea what the process was. She told me to sit in the Sanctuary but I did not know what that was or what would happen. It made me feel out of place, like I did not

I want to preface by saying I enjoyed my service (cocoon treatment) and my technician did an amazing job. She was so kind and accommodating. She would be a reason to return here. I feel for the price, the facilities and amenities should be a bit more luxurious. For example, 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash with no conditioner in the showers is just not something I’d expect. The towels and robe seemed very worn as well. For a $200 (with tip) experience, the details really matter and I think they fall just a bit short here.

Hailey Dickie was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She helped setup both a massage & facial for my friend and I, which I highly recommend! And was beyond helpful having never been here before ☺️ thank you and will definitely be back!
