The Daily Record

Do not order a subscription from here or any affiliate with the USA today! They will not let you cancel your service. The number links on the phone numbers provided go to dead end connections. You can not leave a message and you can not reach an operator. The instant chat feature ended our chat three times with out resolve. And now they are creating Premium editions because they are too lazy to cover news. They have no local stories or local investment.

I normally renew my subscription every 13 weeks I pay for a daily record for 13 weeks I forgot to pay my renewal and I was going to pay it today. I got a letter in the mail from the Daily Record stating that they're going to charge me for premium paper $2 and that they would deduct it from My Weekly subscription. They didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase this paper they just said you're going to buy it and we're going to take it from those 13 weeks that you wanted to buy and that they agreed to sell me. So I got pretty happy about it and I called The Daily Record and I cancelled my subscription. The Daily Record does not dictate to me what I buy I'm a paying customer I want a daily paper they changed the terms of the condition of my subscription they didn't notify me in advance they didn'

Never subscribe using a phone number you care about. Thankfully when I subscribed online, I gave my Google Voice number, which has Do Not Disturb capability. I get repeated calls every so often. When I call the number back, it's a newspaper subscription number. I block that number, then they start calling with another number. Apparently the Daily Record uses a third party service to try to hound people to re-subscribe. All that does for me is drive me further away as a customer.

I did not receive my paper November 14, 2023. I reported it, they said it would be there the next day. Paper for November 15 delivered, NO November 14th. Next day paper for November 16th, NO 14th tried to report, it wouldn't let me wwooslet me!!!! .

Very disappointed with the quality of this publication. Their propaganda is offensive to me so I cancelled my subscription. Their customer service is outsourced, I was unable to speak with a local person.
