The Cutting Room

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 10 years now and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with my dresser. Her name was Maggie. She did not cut my hair to my liking… I told her how I wanted it and at first the length was great. May I remind you my hair was almost to my butt. I told her I wanted about 5 inches cut. She ended up cutting it a little past my shoulders. (Definitely not the length I wanted it.) I also told her I wanted layers which I did not receive. She did my bangs perfectly. During the cut I was like wow that’s really short, I didn’t know it was that short and she didn’t respond except with yea and chuckled a little. I do not know why she cut my hair that short. Maybe to be petty which I wouldn’t understand why seeing as I’ve never had this woman or never had an enco

I recently got my haircut done by Diana, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my face shape and style. The result was perfect—clean, fresh, and easy to maintain. She’s not only talented but also very kind and professional, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve finally found someone I can trust with my hair. Highly recommend Diana to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about her work and clients.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability from this salon. They cancelled my appointment the day of my baby shower, (50 minutes before my scheduled appt time), leaving me scrambling at the last minute with no hair appointment. What makes it even more frustrating is that the cancellation was blamed on weather conditions.. yet there was no snow on the ground and roads were completely clear at the time of their phone call and even throughout my appointment time. An event like a baby shower is not something you can just easily reschedule around, and this caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a special day. If you’re booking for an important occasion, I strongly recommend having a backup plan - or just saving yourself the hassle and booking elsewhere.

I've been coming here many years. I love everyone, but gravitate to Holly cuz she's such a doll. I'm also handicapped and everyone is so accommodating and friendly. Its like the "Cheers" of hairdressing, 😃

Brianna saved the day! I had a last minute cancelation at another salon to get my hair bleach, dye, and style for a wedding. Not only did they fit me in. They went above and beyond on my hair! Definitely will recommend the cutting room to everyone! Forever grateful to Brianna and the staff!
