i have 20 out of 20 punches on The Cutting Room & Annex . Beauty customer card for "frequent flyers. Every &10.00 spend equals 1 punch. "After 20 punches you'll receive -25% OFF your next Entire purchase. I was told taking NO Apts., NOT honoring this fully punched card for -25%. Said semi retiring. Phone message states only open Wed. -Fri. I called just e 9 am on Thursday 11/6/2025. Good luck!

Dave and Shannon are the best. I've been going here for many years. They are artists that always make me laugh when I'm with them. I look forward to my appointments!

My husband stop in to make an appointment for a haircut yesterday. The woman there at the salon fixing her own dark shoulder length hair told him there were no appointments available. My husband asked for anything the next week. The woman rudely states no apps then either. Other posts let you know the salon owners are rude to non clients when someone is just asking for a simple haircut. I would suggest these business owners don't just put out a sign appointments only, but put out a sign that is more accurate, that you do not want any non clients even asking for an appointment by phone or in person. If you do you you will not be spoken to with respect but with rude upity attitudes and be left with a bad taste. Avoid bothering with this hometown salon!

10/10 highly recommend David at The Cutting Room! After being in the Marines and being required to have a fresh haircut come every Monday morning, I have had my fair share of disaster cut jobs, most of them while being on leave here in Albany. Because of this, I have cut my own hair for the past decade until I found David. This guy is one of the last true barbers in town and not only is he an outstanding individual, the guy knows how to give a fresh fade. If you’ve had bad haircuts in the past like me, give The Cutting Room a call and end that for good!

I was looking pretty scruffy and was a bit nervous but John put me at ease and did an excellent job! They had a wide selection of products and Johns a master with those clippers. Highly recommend and will go back again!
