The Cutting House

Today I saw Colleen for a very last-minute haircut and blowout. So happy with the results, she did a phenomenal job. It looked exactly like what I was hoping for and she was such a sweetheart.

Colleen did an amazing job on my daughter's hair! She gave her the drastic cut and color that she wanted (two other times my daughter was talked out of it by other stylists) but also it TOTALLY works with my daughter's natural wave so there is next to no styling involved on a daily basis. The cut is beautiful and precise and incredible. This haircut and color has been life altering for my girl. I just see her confidence and comfort in how she presents herself now. Thank you!

The before and after really speaks for itself. I wanted to go from box brown to adding some blonde without having it come out brassy, which is not easy! It was done perfectly by Sara and really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend The Cutting House to anyone who wants color done correctly.

First, prices on their website and their "online booking" system are different, FYI. Made an appointment for myself and my daughter. Immediately when we got there, I was not impressed. It took 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, and then when they took my daughter, I told her what she wanted (color) and she said "Oh I don't have time for that." I had to inform her that's what I booked already. They then took me. I booked online and scheduled a "blow dry, cut, style - 50 minutes" for myself and a color and blow dry cut style for my daughter. My 50 min blow dry cut style was 20 minutes long, no shampoo, and no blow dry. I left with semi-short hair, which I couldn't tell I didn't like at the time because it wasn't dry.
