TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE. They absolutely ruined my hair and did not listen to what I wanted at all to where I cried myself to sleep that night. DO NOT let Lacey Segars touch your hair. I asked for my hair to stop where my arm pits start and she cut to the top of my shoulders. She had to ask another stylist for help and between the two of them, they let me walk out of the salon with butchered layers and a lopsided and uneven cut. When I asked to speak with the owner 2 days later (very respectfully and kindly) to discuss what had happened, absolutely no remorse was shown or an apology given except Crystal stated “I don’t think she meant to do it on purpose” and that she’s new. That’s not the point. Your employee is inadequately trained and should not be cutting hair unsupervised ESPECIALLY

Got a gorgeous haircut from Jennifer! We had a great consultation and discussed a custom shaggy cut for my hair type. She was very detailed and took her time! I left feeling like a new person! Will not be going to anyone else for a cut!!
