The Crystal Palace is amazing. I went there for the first time this week and I was so impressed on the professionalism of Crystal. She is very punctual and so personable. She makes you feel so comfortable and that's before she even does your hair. I have been getting compliments non stop all week and my hair looks like she did it today. I have told so many people about her already. Book y'all appointment here, you wont regret it.

I’ve been to Crystal’s Palace several times for services, including single braids, lemonade cornrows, and bohemian braids. Rama is always on time and gets me right, and Crystal is very nice and friendly. Always keeps me laughing. It’s a relaxed and very clean environment. I will be coming back frequently. 1st of all the owner called me bald and my hair is on my shoulders!!!!!!! I went there to get a lace frontal sew in instead I walk out beyond pissed off. 1st she waked and blow dried my hair and tried the ends and here comes the catastrophe...she started sewing the lace frontal on without plucking it and cutting it!!!!! Once this woman who is the owner CRYSTAL has my frontal sewed down she starts cutting it and completely ignores me when I say I think too are cutting too much of the lace and she decided to just chop of a side she felt she didn't need. My widows peak and my edges were completely exposed even after I said I want all of my hair covered because I have a nervous condition which makes me pull my hair not including the fact that I could see the front of my braids and it had alre
