I had a very good facial with Natasha, who was very pleasant. The language barrier was a little difficult for me, but she was lovely. After, I was brought into a room and Adam recommended various services and equipment. I felt it was a high pressure sales situation, and he was rather insistent and tried to encourage me to go along by offering things and circling back when I said no. In the end he suggested he could bring in his his Manager to discuss a special coupon. I left frustrated after a wonderful facial.

Isabel was Excellent she took great care and gave me the best facial I ever had. Atara gave great customer service and was very warm and friendly. I definitely will be coming in monthly for my facial!

Sam is extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Natasha gave the most relaxing facial that I have ever experienced. She took her time, concentrated on my concerns, and was careful not to miss any areas. Definitely 10/10, visit her and give yourself the pampering that you deserve!

The facial was lovely but be prepared for a pressure to buy expensive products and devices. I was unprepared for this. I attempted to return the unopened items the next day and found out they have a policy of no returns. Assured i received an amazing discount at 1000.00.
