I turned in a photo and press release about an award my son won. They told me it would be next week or the following at the latest. It has been 4 weeks. After week number two I went to the contact us page on their website to follow up and I received no response to any of my emails. I wonder if they conduct all of their business like this.
I used the Covington news all the time for my business but I do wish they'd get their fax machine working.
The person in the front was friendly and the process was quick
