The Cosmetics Company Store

The ladies that work here are all pretty nice and friendly. I enjoy speaking with them when I first walked in. It’s very clean and fairly organized. Basically, this is a place where you can sort of find your color of makeup going out of circulation. Variety of colors is small so be ready to gamble if you have your heart set on something particular. Really it is all depending on your skin type and undertone and overtone. Most people have a rough idea of what works for them usually. They do have testers and applicators. If you don’t see any testers or applicators for a specific product, just ask. I shop here regularly, and there is a salesperson named Jesse that is an absolute gem. I don't know their pronouns, so I won't guess here, but their makeup is constantly flawless and they have helped me so much with skincare and cosmetics selections every time I go in. I'm an older woman with skin that doesn't reflect my inner diva, and Jesse never makes me feel less than fabulous. It's a joy to shop here.

Shannon and GeAnna are the best salespeople I’ve ever seen at a cosmetics store. Because of them I bought $300 while I initially didn’t even wanna buy anything (I actually walked out of the store and got attracted back in). This has made my Outlets trip so worthwhile!! I recommend everyone to come here and they have like 75% off for Ester Lauder which is such a good deal!!!!!! They are also such nice and pretty people to take pictures with!

I previously visited your store in Mebane and promised myself I would never return. My first experience being in your store I was faced with, one customer in the store along with the salesperson, I was never greeted or acknowledged during the short period of time there which made me feel very unwelcomed and invisible. On 3.23.24, I had a change of heart and took a chance on visiting your store again which was a Wonderful experience. I was greeted and assisted by two lovely salespeople, GeAnna and Jasmine. When I explained my past experience they were very apologetic provided me with samples and thanked me for coming back. It really made my day. Good customer service is Very important. Ladies keep up the Great work!
