The Cosmetics Company Store

I read some of the customer reviews about this store, and as usual, opinions vary. I was planning to find a good store for shopping, but people’s reviews changed my perspective about the staff at this store. Employees should always treat customers with the utmost respect.

Went in around 6 p.m. today, and Sylvia and another person (I’m so sorry, I forgot her name) were both really nice to me. Even though my purchase wasn’t that big, they treated me kindly. You know how sometimes salespeople don’t treat you as well if you don’t spend a lot of money? Or they just ignore you? That wasn’t the case here—they were super friendly and helpful. I work in customer service myself, so I notice these things. Sometimes when I go to a store, especially when there are younger employees, they don’t seem as engaged. I’m not offended because I’m also young, and I know how it is in customer service. Honestly, I don't know how to put it, the cashier was very rude. It seems like they dont need customers. They acted as I was begging for something rather than buying.

The manager is very rude. I used to buy stuff from this store for many years but this time when I was there the manager came and told me not to open the product box. I can understand that this is the rule but her tone was very rude. She almost yelled at my mom. We left the store without buying anything even though we came to outlet to buy only from this store. SUPER RUDE

Worst experience ever!!! I arrived at the Leesburg location around 8.15pm on Monday. I had called earlier to inquire about the 4th of July promotion that had just started. The information I was given over the phone was wrong (it was the only reason that made me decide to drive there and I only found out about it being wrong upon my arrival to the store). The lady who claimed to be the manager did not even apologize in the beginning for her colleague's misinformation and said that there was absolutely nothing she could have done to make up for that mistake. It was pretty much my fault for misunderstanding. She refused to give me her name and on top of everything, there is no designated Customer Service line to call!!!... Very disappointing...
