This is probably the best decorated The Cosmetics Company Store I have visited. The display of every product is well thought out. You can tell the people who work here really enjoy being there and assist their customers. The service I received there was super friendly and informative. If you are looking for attentive service and great discount on makeups and skincare, there is the place to go!! Thank you, Monroe, Lori and Bunny for your help today! You guys are awesome :)

I decided to stop in to pick up a few items and even though it was busy and packed, the ENTIRE staff was so helpful and courteous. The manager was so attentive and supportive of her staff and client needs. I asked questions and they literally bent over backwards to find things and direct me to what would work with what I already had. I had no intentions of spending as much as I did, but they showed me new items, they knew I could not resist! I have been a customer at this location for a long time and wanted to make sure anyone looking up this location is well aware of the helpful staff and their incredible knowledge of every brand and product in that store. Whether you are a beauty novice or a seasoned pro. This is THE beauty destination for Lancaster County!

I went there the weekend after Black Friday. Same great promotion but much less crowded :) The ladies working here were very friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit the store in Lancaster, I am greeted by the best sales associates. Everyone is friendly and ready to help whenever I need some guidance. The store is always immaculate and fully stocked with tester supplies. It’s easy to browse and load up your bag. Monroe, in particular, is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable of the products in store and never steers me in the wrong direction. I always look forward to visiting the store and buying lots of amazing gifts and treats for myself, too.

I have been going to this Cosmetic Company outlet since the year 2000 but have moved out of the area. I always stop when I am back in the area. It has always been my favorite Cosmetic Company Store. First the wonderful Bonnie was there and now the equally wonderful Monroe, such a nice person and a most professional manager. The Best! The selection is amazing and all the employees are so nice!
